In today’s less than ideal market, standing out from the crowd is crucial. With the recent boom in use of AI-driven content and large amount of people out on the open market seeking jobs, application numbers for job posting are giganormous. Prime example: I recently received 1056 resumes from applicants for a Graphic Designer role I’m hiring for. You read that right.
